Privacy & Data Use
Sustainable Future Tech, Inc. respects the privacy of visitors, collaborators, customers, researchers, authors, institutional contacts, and others who interact with our websites and online services. This notice explains the information we may receive through this website, why we may use it, and the choices available to you.
Information You Choose to Provide
If you contact SFT, submit a form, request information, or schedule a conversation, we may receive the information you provide for that purpose.
Website & Technical Data
Like most websites, this site and its service providers may process technical information needed to operate, secure, maintain, and understand use of the site.
Your Choices
You may contact SFT with questions about information you have submitted or to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Scope
This Privacy & Data Use notice applies to information processed in connection with the public Sustainable Future Tech website and related website interactions controlled by Sustainable Future Tech, Inc. (“SFT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
It covers activities such as browsing the website, submitting an inquiry, communicating with SFT through a website form, requesting information, scheduling a conversation, or following links to SFT publications and resources.
This notice is specifically for interactions on SustainableFutureTech.com. SFT may link visitors to specialized websites such as AGCP.ai or HybridQuantum.ai for program-specific information, registration, enrollment, or other transactions. Information collected after you navigate to another website is subject to the privacy notice and other applicable terms presented for that destination.
Separate products, research environments, partner systems, third-party platforms, specialized SFT web properties, or other services may therefore have their own privacy terms or data-handling practices.
Information We May Receive
Information you provide
When you choose to interact with SFT, we may receive information such as:
- your name;
- email address;
- telephone number, if you provide one;
- organization, employer, institution, or professional affiliation;
- job title or role;
- the subject or category of your inquiry;
- information included in a message, form submission, or correspondence;
- scheduling information you provide when requesting a meeting; and
- other information you voluntarily provide to us.
Information associated with website use
The website, hosting infrastructure, security systems, and service providers may automatically process limited technical information associated with a visit. Depending on the systems in use, this can include information such as an IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, requested pages, approximate geographic region, timestamps, and information used to detect errors, misuse, or security events.
Please do not submit sensitive information that SFT has not requested. Public website forms and general inquiry channels should not be used to transmit passwords, private cryptographic material, government identification numbers, protected health information, payment-card information, export-controlled material, classified information, or other highly sensitive data unless SFT has expressly established an appropriate channel for that purpose. Program-registration and payment-card information for AGCP.ai or HybridQuantum.ai transactions should be entered only through the applicable destination site’s designated transactional process.
How We May Use Information
Information received through the website may be used for legitimate business and operational purposes associated with the interaction, including to:
- respond to questions, requests, and inquiries;
- communicate about research, collaboration, advisory, publishing, institutional, or other matters you have asked about;
- arrange and manage meetings or conversations;
- evaluate requests for collaboration or other engagement with SFT;
- provide requested publications, information, or resources;
- operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- understand general website usage and performance;
- protect the website, SFT systems, and users against misuse, fraud, abuse, malicious activity, or security threats;
- maintain appropriate business records; and
- satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, or recordkeeping obligations.
Information submitted for one purpose may also become part of ordinary business correspondence or records when reasonably necessary to manage the resulting relationship or request.
External & Specialized Services
Some website functions depend on services operated by third parties. SFT pages may also direct visitors to specialized web properties used for program-specific education, registration, payment, or other transactions. The applicable privacy notice and terms for the service or destination govern information collected there.
Scheduling Services
SFT provides an online scheduling option through a third-party scheduling service. Information you enter into that scheduler is transmitted to and processed through the scheduling provider in order to arrange the requested meeting.
Website Infrastructure
Hosting, content-management, security, spam protection, delivery, backup, and related infrastructure providers may process technical data necessary to operate and protect the website.
Specialized Education & Transactional Sites
SustainableFutureTech.com may route visitors to AGCP.ai or HybridQuantum.ai for program-specific training information, registration, pricing, payment, enrollment, and related learner transactions. SustainableFutureTech.com does not itself process the registration or payment transactions that occur on those destination sites. Information entered there is handled under the applicable privacy and transactional terms presented by that destination.
Publications & Research Repositories
Links to DOI records, Zenodo, arXiv, GitHub, or other research and publication platforms take you to independent services whose own privacy practices apply.
Embedded or Linked Content
If a page includes or links to media, documents, forms, or resources hosted by another provider, interaction with that provider may result in data being processed outside the SFT website.
Email & Other Communications
If you contact SFT or request information, we may use the contact information you provide to respond to that request and to continue communications reasonably related to the subject of the inquiry.
We may retain business correspondence when reasonably necessary for relationship management, project history, administrative records, research collaboration, publishing activity, contractual matters, or other legitimate business purposes.
If SFT later offers an optional mailing list, announcement service, or other subscription-based communication, the applicable subscription and unsubscribe controls should be provided with that service.
When Information May Be Shared
SFT may provide information to service providers, professional advisers, contractors, collaborators, or other parties when reasonably necessary to operate the website, respond to a request, support an engagement, or conduct legitimate SFT activities.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, regulatory requirements, lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate suspected misuse, or defend SFT and its systems.
If SFT undergoes a reorganization, merger, financing, acquisition, transfer of assets, or similar transaction, relevant business records may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable requirements.
Data Retention
SFT may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, to continue an active relationship, to protect the website and SFT systems, or to meet applicable legal, contractual, accounting, recordkeeping, or dispute-resolution needs.
Retention periods may therefore vary according to the type of information and the context in which it was received.
Information that is no longer reasonably needed may be deleted, anonymized, aggregated, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements and operational practices.
Security
SFT seeks to use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures appropriate to the nature of the website and information involved.
No website, communications system, storage platform, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Visitors should therefore use appropriate care when deciding what information to transmit through public website channels.
Your Choices & Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the circumstances in which information is processed, applicable law may provide rights concerning personal information.
Subject to applicable law and appropriate verification, you may contact SFT to ask about personal information you have provided to us or to request actions such as:
- access to certain personal information;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- deletion of information where appropriate;
- limitation of certain processing where applicable;
- withdrawal from optional communications; or
- information about how a particular website-submitted inquiry is being handled.
Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, contractual requirements, legitimate recordkeeping needs, security concerns, preservation obligations, or other lawful grounds.
To protect privacy and security, SFT may need to verify the identity or authority of the person making a request before providing access to information or taking certain actions.
Children’s Privacy
The SFT corporate website is intended primarily for professional, research, institutional, educational, and general informational audiences. It is not designed as a service directed specifically to young children.
If SFT becomes aware that personal information has been submitted by a child in circumstances requiring parental consent or other special handling under applicable law, SFT may take appropriate steps to address the information.
External Websites & Resources
The SFT website contains links to other websites and services, including research repositories, publications, standards organizations, source-code repositories, partners, educational resources, specialized SFT web properties, and independent third-party destinations.
While you are on SustainableFutureTech.com, SFT and its service providers may process the website-use information described in this notice. Depending on the website configuration, that can include technical or analytics information associated with viewing a page or selecting an outbound link.
Education and transaction boundary. SustainableFutureTech.com serves as an institutional discovery and routing site for SFT professional education. When a visitor proceeds to AGCP.ai or HybridQuantum.ai for program-specific registration, pricing, payment, enrollment, or related transactional activity, the applicable privacy, registration, payment, refund, cancellation, and enrollment terms presented by that destination govern that activity. SustainableFutureTech.com does not process those destination-site transactions.
SFT does not control the privacy, security, availability, or data practices of independent external websites. Whether a linked destination is an independent service or a specialized SFT web property, visitors should review the notices and terms applicable to that destination before submitting information or completing a transaction.
Changes to This Notice
SFT may update this Privacy & Data Use notice as the website, services, organizational practices, or applicable requirements change.
When the notice is revised, the updated version may be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through additional means when appropriate.
